Jesus and I sit and watch the sunrise. He says to me “that’s me rising with healing in my wings.” I smile and lean on his chest. He wraps me up in a blanket of light and I rest.
 
This is a sneak peek of my secret place. A life of emotional abandonment and rejection being healed in the embrace of the one who made me. He binds up my broken heart and gives me beauty for ashes. It’s all for him and he knows me.
I guarantee he knows you too and wants to wrap you up in light while he rises over with healing in his wings. There is nothing too great and to far he can’t restore. He’s the expert in brokenness that turns to joy.
